RETREAT DESCRIPTION

Still Here - Weekend Vipassana Retreat

We are still here, alive and experiencing our life moment by moment as always. The only thing that has changed is our situation and our story. Let’s devote a two day of practice period to stilling the body and mind, deepening the feeling of being “here.” Gain faith and confidence that remembering and experiencing this vital present is still our primary refuge and holds the seed of support independent of our future circumstances.

DANA

Envelopes labelled "Dana" will be available at the retreat. Please place Canadian or US cash, or cheques made to Howard Cohn, in the envelopes.

CD funds can be sent by Interac E-Transfer: mission.dharma@gmail.com

BCIMS aims to be a meeting place for anyone interested in learning more about the liberating teachings of the Buddha, in furthering their meditation practice and in living their realization of the dharma.
