In this energy healing circle, we will be connecting and moving through a meditation and energy healing together. The leader will be providing energy healing to the group in connection to the meditation and as she does so, may also share channelled messages with the group or individuals.

Each week runs with different themes that are in line with the energy of that day and week and we will finish with a journaling session to integrate what we have received throughout the circle. Each circle may look slightly different and we may move through some breathwork or simple movements if we are guided to do so. That said - these classes are available and accessible to all.

We will meet online on Zoom so create your own sacred space before the class to set the stage for the healing. This can look like simply creating a comfortable place to sit and bring a cup of tea to sip during the class, or you may want to bring crystals and do a quick energy clearing before you get settled. You can sit up, or lie down for the guided meditation and the healing session. This is open to everyone and is currently offered for only £5 🤍💫
