M.O.V.E Club states that you should consult your physician and receive clearance prior to participating in any of the MOVE Sessions offered throughout the school year.
This week’s virtual M.O.V.E Session is brought to you FREE OF CHARGE by Building Physiques! Prepare to Power Up every aspect of our being with a HIIT Core Session designed to explore movements that naturally strengthen and empower on every level! In this 45-minute HIIT Core session with Building Physiques founder, Spence C. we’re focusing our attention on the Core, the foundation of our being! Take a movement break from studying with the perfect boost to remedy those mid-week blues and dominate the rest of your week! Entering Finals week POWERED-UP and STRONG.

Our final virtual M.O.V.E Session is brought to you FREE OF CHARGE by GoddessFit by Jorré ! Our quick Chair Yoga session will prepare you for a successful week of finals and give you the perfect reprieve from the tension caused by our new hybrid/virtual reality. You’ll be guided through Chair Yoga poses that help relieve stress, tension and anxiety and can be performed anywhere with a chair!
Perfect to perform one you wake up in the morning or right before your virtual exams. Take a movement break from studying and add this Yoga flow to your exam prep toolkit! We’re entering Finals week ALIGNED and AFFIRMED.

MOVE is an initiative that offers students, faculty and staff weekly opportunities to incorporate movement into their routines while cultivating community at CCNM. We’ll explore various methods of movement to encourage you to determine what MOVES you.
Each weekly MOVE session will explore a different type of movement activity as we feature a variety of trainers, professionals and instructors who specialize in a range of styles. Each session will range from thirty (30) minutes to one (1) hour and will meet in the evening or morning (depending on the type of movement focus). Each session will be delivered virtually (until all students are allowed back on campus) and is FREE for members. All are welcome to participate and all are welcome to motivate our vibrational energies! Are you ready to MOVE?
