Welcome to our growing self-care community! The goal of this online self-care practice is to encourage and guide you to invest time and energy into yourself. As busy and important as your work and daily life is, slowing down for a while needs to be prioritized as well.
The goal of this weekly self-care practice is to help you build healthy habits regarding yourself and your well-being. These include:
- setting boundaries regarding your work, career, family, relationships and energy
- living with intention and presence
- cultivating self-love, self-acceptance and self-compassion
- slowing down - physically, mentally and spiritually to create space for rest
- building self-awareness to better understand yourself
With monthly themes, we dive into all aspects of self-care. This is a safe space for those looking to deepen their relationship with themselves and connect with others on the same path.
In this weekly spiritual practice, you can expect to participate in gentle restorative yoga, intention setting, journaling, singing bowl meditation, mantras and other spiritual and restorative rituals.
