An evening of learning and discussion on supporting refugee claimants in the LowerMainland. Learn, Mobilize, Walk together.

Join in this interactive evening of stories from Canadians who have welcomed an individual who lived the refugee journey.

Hosts: Bob and Erlene Woollard & Raúl Gatica


Dr. Robert Woollard is Professor of Family Practice at UBC with international recognition in the field of medical education. Erlene Woollard has worked and volunteered for more than five decades addressing social justice issues related to mental health, disabilities, and immigration. Raúl Gatica is a refugee, indigenous person, survivor of torture, poet and a temporary farm workers advocate.
