About this event

Skills for Change is committed to supporting skills-building learning and employment opportunities for more people in skilled trades. This program prepares participants for employment in the Welding sector.

ELIGIBILITY:

Applicants who are

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Living in Toronto or GTA
  • Eligible to work in Ontario
  • Secondary School (Ontario Grade 12) diploma, or equivalent

*Selection of successful applicants will be based on a measurable commitment to the training program and a goal of registration as a General Carpenter apprentice, or a registration in a related trade (such as Automotive Service Technician)
