Start the New Year right with health & wellness! We've created a wonderful online retreat for you to raise your vibrations for 2021. We have some of best wellness experts in the GTA, providing you all what you need to feel amazing!
Schedule:
11am-12pm - Yoga & Meditation (w Yoga Teacher)
12-12.30pm - Shower Break
12.30-1pm - Healthy Cooking Show (w Nutritionist)
1-1.30pm - Prepare your lunch from above ingredients
1.30-2pm - Lunch time
2pm - Detox Benefits (w Naturopathic Doctor)
2.30pm - How to Raise your Vibrations for 2021 (w Energy Healer)
3.15pm - Tea break
3.30pm- Art Therapy (w Art Therapist)
4pm - Reduce Anxiety & Stress Naturally (w Psychotherapist)
4.30-5pm - Closing Meditation, Remarks
All participants will receive a New Year online journal, at home meditation tools and link to Zoom. The max participants will be kept at 30 to ensure we can safely share our experiences and inner journey.
