Wellness Wednesday is a free, online workshop series for older adults to learn about health and wellness. May 2021 - March 2022

About this event

New Horizons for Seniors Program presented by Healthy Lethbridge and funded by the Government of Canada.

This is a free program for Older Adults to join health and wellness experts online for Wellness Wednesdays 2x/month. May 5, 2021 - March 23, 2022, bi-weekly online sessions. Sessions vary in start times. Monthly newsletters will clarify speaker sessions and times.

Personal wellness topics include nutrition, active living, mindfulness, hobbies, and community opportunities.

To register:

1. Get the e-ticket called All Wellness Wednesday Sessions (This will provide you a ticket to ALL events - no need to register for tickets for individual sessions)

2. Save the Zoom link for all future sessions (Future sessions dates show up on the tickers where it says "sales start")

3. Check back to see what is scheduled in advance and/or check your email for the monthly newsletter for session dates and start times.

If you miss a session due to a schedule conflict, please join us at the next one! Pending restrictions, we will have one additional in-person session each month.
