About this Event

Join us for Wellness Wednesdays! A 4 week series of wellness events. Each week we will explore different wellness topics to help with coping skills.

Building a foundation in practicing self-care helps to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself and others. This series introduces practical tools and information to create a sustainable self - care plan.

Topics include:

  • January 13 – ‘What is Wellness?’ and ‘The 7 Pillars of Health’
  • January 20 – ‘Wellness Wheel’ and ‘Implementation’
  • January 27 – ‘Wellness Coping Strategies’
  • February 3 – ‘Self Compassion’
