Event description

Description

Guests will be given a presentation of the origins of chocolate and how it spread to all corners of the globe. We will touch upon the different varieties of cocoa, their characteristics, and what makes each one unique. We will then explore the steps of how cocoa is grown and harvested and ultimately transformed into the edible sweet that many of us have come to love. Guests will be given the opportunity to taste a variety of single origin chocolates, giving their feedback to what taste profiles they experienced. We will also have hot chocolate beverages for guests to further experience the uniqueness of South American chocolate. Finally, we will look at some of the health benefits that are attributed to consuming chocolates.

Note: Any vouchers purchased for chocolates are fully refundable at the workshop if no purchase is made.
