Westside Anglicans Neighbourhood Ministry Training Conference 2021

In observance of Homelessness Action Week in Vancouver

“Guidance and Support for Those who Minister with Those in Need.”

We are offering two opportunities to participate in this transformational training conference. We will gather in person at St. John's, masks are required, as well as over Zoom from home

There is no cost for this event, however registration is required for both in-person and zoom.

The focus of the conference is to:

  • Provide coaching, tools and resources for working with clients who are vulnerable or in crisis.
  • Review goals and workings of the Westside Anglicans Neighbourhood Ministry.
  • Encourage dialogue/questions so Westside Anglicans Neighbourhood Ministry volunteers are supported as they engage in their ministry.

Our conference speaker and facilitator is The Rev’d Christine Wilson, Deacon of St. Mary's, who brings over 20 years of training and certification as a facilitator and community engagement animator.
