Description

Fr. Paul Pearson received a B.A. in History from Cornell College and was received into the Church in his final year. He then completed an M.A., M.S.L., and Ph.D. at the Pontifical Institute of Medieval Studies, University of Toronto, specializing in the thought of Saint Thomas Aquinas. He entered the Oratory of Saint Philip Neri in Toronto in 1985, teaching philosophy and theology in Saint Philip's Seminary. He was ordained in 1989 and began serving as Dean in 1990. He is currently in the middle of publishing a three-volume commentary on the Divine Comedy of Dante Alighieri: Spiritual Direction from Dante.
