What to Drink with What you Eat? : Spanish Tapas

Transport yourself to the bustling streets of Barcelona as sommelier Christie Pollard treats you to tapas-style dishes paired with the perfect wines. First, Christie will prepare chorizo stuffed dates wrapped in crispy bacon followed by, lamb meatballs with mint. Next up is a Spanish classic, fingerling patatas bravas with smoky aioli. We’re not done yet, enjoy shrimp romesco flatbread and a fresh tomato, garlic and olive oil dip. Each dish will be served with a mouthwatering Spanish wine including Cava, Rioja and Rose.
