#WhatWorks : Ask Me Anything
Event Information
About this Event
Is there something you’ve always wanted to ask and never have? Have you ever had a burning question about women in technology? How to plan your next career move? The best way to deal with sexual harassment in the workplace? How do you manage money as a young female professional? How do you shatter the glass ceiling? Expect real questions and unedited answers from women leaders.
Hosted by the BC Tech Association as part of the #WhatWorks Winter Series and moderated by Business in Vancouver’s Hayley Woodin, the Ask Me Anything (#AMA) session features panelists Jill Tipping, CEO of BC Tech, Tamara Taggart, CTV Presenter and Former Vancouver-Kingsway MP candidate, and Kirsten Sutton, VP and Managing Director of SAP Labs Canada. The #AMA presents an open and collaborative environment where you can ask these leaders anything about their careers, personal life and diversity and inclusion in the workplace. You can expect panelists to talk openly and honestly about their experiences, what worked, what didn’t, and what they want to see change. Relationships and connections will be made.
Join us on February 12th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at The BC Tech Community Hub (located at 887 Great Northern Way, Vancouver, BC V5T 4T5).
