What is Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®)?

Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) is a gentle, hands-on (or distance) energy healing modality that works with the body’s energy field to release stored emotional and physical patterns. It focuses on clearing what is held in the body’s “cellular memory” and restoring a natural sense of balance.

Is this a workshop or a healing session?

This is a training workshop.
You will both receive energy work and learn how to offer it—to yourself and others.

What will I be able to do after this class?

After this training, you will be able to:

-Offer a complete Basic Level IET® session
-Work with both physical tension and emotional patterns in the body
-Use the nine Integration Points to gently clear stored energy
-Refill the energy field with supportive, empowering qualities

Question 4

What does it mean to “refill the energy”?

Accepted Answer

In IET®, clearing is only part of the process. Once energy is released, you’ll learn how to consciously integrate supportive qualities. For example:

Guilt → Innocence
Fear → Safety
Anger → Forgiveness

This creates a sense of completion, rather than just release.

Is this connected to a specific belief system?

Accepted Answer

No.
While the work includes connecting with angelic energy, it is not tied to any religion. You are always encouraged to interpret and experience the work in a way that feels aligned for you.

Can I use this professionally?

Accepted Answer

Yes.
This training gives you the foundational skills to begin offering IET® sessions to others, if you feel called. Many people also take this class for personal growth and self-healing.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing
A water bottle
A notebook or journal
Anything that helps you feel supported (blanket, pillow, etc.)

Is there anything I need to do to prepare?

Accepted Answer

Come as you are.
There is nothing you need to study or figure out beforehand. Openness and willingness are more than enough.
