WHEN Presents: Our Health & The World Around Us
Event Information
Description
An Event On Building Relationships between Our Person and Our Environments to Improve Health
From the moment we are born, we all want to be safe. As we grow and learn, we develop an awareness of our body and mind. Knowing about how our body works can help us understand how we respond and relate to our physical and emotional environments. Learning about our environments with this context can further enable us to help keep ourselves and our planet safe. This event is focusing on developing the scientific understanding of how our bodies respond to and interact with our environments. The goal is to then provide you with practical tools to develop your personal health in a way that can benefit your body, mind, spirit and environments. Facilitators:
Drs. Julie Hwang, ND and Tania Tabar, ND of Aurum Medicine and Wellness Clinic
