About this Event

Your Workshop:

Today’s lean organizations can’t survive without strong alliances to help them grow. No matter who you’re talking to—donors, potential sponsors, partners—figuring out how you can help them reach their own goals is the first step towards building long-term partnerships. When you and them becomes US, everyone wins.

Join me for a three-hour crash course on uncovering where your partner’s needs and your organization’s goals meet. You’ll learn:

• How to communicate your non-profit’s message in a more impactful way

• A better approach to uncover your audience’s true needs

• Ten rules for helping your partners while still making social impact

About The Trainer:

Frank has over 30 years of experience and a passion to help people succeed.

Small organizations don’t have it easy. Between juggling stakeholders and clients and chasing reports you can sometimes lose sight of your larger goals. As the founder of Frank Growth Solutions, Frank Atnikov helps bridge the gap between social good and business best practice.

Frank’s job is to make your job easier. An experienced facilitator, coach and consultant, Frank’s no-nonsense style brings fresh eyes to what’s holding you back. He works with organizations to design functional strategic plans and sustainable strategies to help them grow. His collaborative approach and practical workshops have helped dozens of small businesses, non-profits and entrepreneurs overcome their unique hurdles and flourish.

Before launching Frank Growth Solutions, Frank worked as a general manager of Rainsoft Regina Ltd. and launched MassageWorks in Winnipeg. He eventually sold the company after 10 successful years and put his experience to work providing workshops and one-on-one guidance to social entrepreneurs and not-for-profit/small business start-ups.

Frank draws from a deep network of trusted colleagues to provide wrap-around solutions for all your organizational needs. Some of his valued clients include the City of Winnipeg, Volunteer Manitoba, Volunteer Victoria, FortWhyte Alive, Sscope Inc., L’Arche Winnipeg, Anxiety Disorders Association of MB, S.A.M. Ma
