For whisky a ‘tasting’ is actually a ‘nosing’, so we have transformed our tasting room into a ‘nosing room’ as President, David Farran, and Master Distiller, Caitlin Quinn, walk you through a whisky nosing, including some of Eau Claire’s very own. Learn and taste your way through each step of making whisky. Transportation, whisky and snacks included!
