LGBTQ+ Indie Film Fundraiser

About this Event

Jack Dog Films is super excited to invite you to our film fundraiser.

Who Am I Now? has been a labour of love for many years and is slowly beginning to come to fruition. BUT we need your help! This fundraiser is being held in order to help raise money for the production of the film.

Note: A portion of ticket sales will go to Out in Schools

Synopsis:

New friends Erin and Alex, discover a mutual attraction that neither of them had ever felt before. While trying to navigate their feelings, Erin panics and refuses to admit there's anything between them. Now Alex must help Erin come to terms with the fact that she's gay, something she cannot admit.

Come and have a good time while supporting indie film-making and queer film.

Check out our silent auction full of great items donated by local businesses and be prepared to dance the night away with DJ SPININTONIC.

When away from the decks, DJ Spinintonic can be found playing trumpet in Queer As Funk, Vancouver’s hottest LGBTQ event band, and booking some of the best musicians in town through Railtown Entertainment.

DJ Spinintonic loves to spin Motown, throwback hiphop and r&b tracks, as well as all of your favourite pop hits. Most of all she loves playing the songs that make you want to dance.

So come join us for a drink and help us make this movie.
