Have you considered entering the wholesale market with your products, but are unsure of where to start? This event offers an opportunity to hear from 3 producers who have experience negotiating with wholesale buyers as well as from those who have successfully established relationships with institutions procuring food.

Jeff Burke of Brule Creek Farms (Flour, Canola Oil Products), Mike Visser of My Pride Farm (Veal), and Peggy Baillie of Three Forks Farms (Vegetables) will be presenting on how they’ve made entering wholesale markets work for their farm businesses.

Speakers will describe their successes and challenges while sharing their strategies for overcoming barriers to getting their product into retail and institutional spaces.
