Bring your lunch!

Do you have trouble getting along with others at work… or in your personal life? Do you know someone who is often angry and constantly in conflict? Are there accusations of harassment in your workplace? In this talk we will examine some of the psychological factors that lead to anger, tension, and conflict in all interpersonal situations. We will also examine how, in situations of conflict, we must learn how and when to assert ourselves, and when perhaps it may be time to look in the mirror...
