WIA-Canada’s mission is dedicated to expanding women’s opportunities for leadership and professional development as well as increasing the visibility of women in the aerospace community by creating a professional network in Canada and across the globe.   Through our programming, professonial development and networking, WIA-Canada members have the opportunity to connect with each other, share ideas and network with fellow aerospace industry professionals, related industries and government.
