Wednesdays 7-8pm - Candlelight Yin with Nick and Jamie
Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm - YogaChurch with Jamie*
Saturdays 10-11am - Vinyasa Flow with Nick

*Note: Thursday's classes are held at the high school campus of Richmond Christian School. Studio spots are reserved for RCS staff only. Anyone can join via Zoom. This class is a fusion of yoga movement and Christian spiritual practices.

Ticket sales for Wednesday and Saturday classes end 30 minutes before class begins. Monday class sales end Sunday night at 9pm.

Studio participants: please arrive 10 minutes early to acquaint yourself with our COVID safety protocols. Doors will shut when class begins, and there will be no further entry. You MUST bring your own mat.

Zoom participants: your confirmation email will include the Zoom link and password.

Zoom participants will only be able to see the instructors, not the other participants in studio.

All first-time participants: the confirmation email will also include a link to WILD Yoga's New Student Info and Waiver form. It will need to be completed before accessing the class.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:

Purchase your pass in advance in order to help us best prepare for your visits (no drop-in spaces available at this time)
Please bring your own mat and optional props (strap and block)
When you arrive at the studio, your space will be marked out to ensure you are spatially distant from others. Please stay within your space and follow traffic directions
Hand sanitizer required before and after class
Masks must be worn when moving around the studio, but are optional when you are on your mat
Do not come into the studio if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, but feel free to join us from your own home via Zoom!
