A breath and meditation class that increases calm and focus for work and school, while decreasing persistent stress and worry.

About this event

Join certified Wim Hof Method instructor Marie Bodine for a 60 minute breath and meditation class designed to dramatically improve focus and inner calm.

Through active breathing and meditation, learn to roll with the constant flow of extreme change and performance anxiety in life. Whether you work in person, or online, managing stress is the key to effective performance. During this simple but powerful class set to curated music, you can release pent up energy, allowing you to stay present and focused during school, exams, work and other online tasks. The students that have used this practice prior to test and exam taking notice increased calm during tests, and increased score results. The adults who have used this practice for work performance have improved the quality of work life and home life.

This class can be done lying down, with no special equipment required. Have a blanket and perhaps your journal nearby. A private zoom link will be sent to you 4 hours prior to class. Just like any live performance, your advance ticket reserves your spot and is non refundable.

If you are pregnant, have epilepsy or any major health condition, please check with your doctor prior to reserving your ticket. This class is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18, anyone experiencing PTSD, or with a history of psychosis. Please do not combine this class with alcohol or other recreational chemicals.
