A symposium event where students will be presenting urban wind turbine concepts to a panel of Wind Energy professionals!

The UofA's Renewable Energy Design club is hosting a currently ongoing Wind Turbine Design Contest, in which student participants design an urban wind turbine concept to be judged by a panel of top professionals in the Wind Energy sector.

Join us on September 19th for our Wind Energy's Got Talent symposium at the TELUS Centre Auditorium, where our contestants reveal their wind turbine concepts to our judges AND where you'll get the chance to learn more about Wind Energy and network! There will be free lunch and refreshments provided. The winner of the contest will have their concept fully funded and constructed by RED at the University of Alberta.

Doors open at 12:30PM
