How often do you recharge the batteries of your phone or laptop?
Most likely, you charge them every day or at least you check them every day.
How often do you take the time to recharge your own batteries?
When Francesca Giulia Mereu asks this question to her coachees the answer is: ‘ Not very often, if at all. I am really busy.’
Managing your energy more effectively helps you be at your best more easily and more often, especially when pressure is high and time to recharge scarce.
