Details: As field instructors you are acutely aware of the responsibility you have for the wellbeing of clients, your regular staff and practicum students, and - somewhere down the line - your own wellbeing too! Through mindfulness-based meditations and activities this workshop explores what it means to go beyond “self” care to invite a mindful, trauma-informed, intentional space for happiness and wellbeing in your workplace as a communal project; and provides you with the research evidence and some mindfulness-based tools for making it so. This workshop qualifies for 2 ACSW Category A Credits. Coffee and tea included.
