ENSO Winter Expedition for Teens
Teens 13-18 yrs. January 8th, 2017
1:30 - 8:00 p.m.
An afternoon of snowshoeing through the forest. We will stop at the log cabin for a fire, mindfulness practice (stillness in the woods), connecting through conversation, a warm drink and dinner together before heading back out into the night sky to trek home under the stars.
ENSO programs help teens learn to reduce stress, work with difficulties and support how to live life with more authenticity, creativity and appreciative joy.
Together we welcome and supports teens from all racial and ethnic groups, sex/gender identities, and religions.

Sliding fee scale supports you to choose payment that aligns with your household income and the financial health of your family. No person shall be turned away for lack of funds.
Tax receipts will be issued for registered dollar amounts over 40 dollars.
Depart and pick up from Okanagan Mission Secondary School at 1:30 p.m. 4544 Gordon Drive, Kelowna
Return at 8:00 p.m
Bring your own packed dinner.
Hot chocolate and dessert provided.
