Overcoming stress and anxiety
Imagine living without stress and tension – a life free from worry, anxiety and the many daily problems these negative states of mind create. On this course we will look at how meditation can beat stress and help you to be more relaxed, peaceful and positive in daily life.
The retreat will include:
simple guided meditations that can be reproduced at home
practical instructions for a happy life
time to relax in the aspen forest & enjoy a peaceful walk
opportunity to ask the teacher questions

This secluded 2,000 square foot lakeside Field Station is surrounded by mature aspen forest. To lighten our carbon footprint, participants are encouraged to walk or carpool in and out of this location. The 20-minute fresh air hike passing the Bison Prairie and following along the lake is the perfect way to start the year with a peaceful retreat.
We are planning for optional activities such as snowshoeing the night before or Sunday after lunch.
