Come and join us for a meditative "Forest Bathing" walk in nature at Yorklands Green Hub!
Tues., Dec. 20th, 2pm to 3pm.
We will take a calm and peaceful walk through the trees at Yorklands Green Hub, 785 York Rd. to honour the winter solstice and to improve physical and mental health.
Meet at main gate on York Rd. Sorry no bathrooms on site. Please park on the south side of York, or Guelph Transit Bus # 4. Please do not block the gate or bus stop.
