Winter Solstice is the ancient threshold where the world goes quiet enough for us to hear what truly matters.
In this time of deep winter, we pause, soften, and return to the regenerative medicine of stillness. When everything slows, we remember the place inside us that is steady, wise, and connected to something much older than our everyday life.

This ceremony is an invitation to step out of the noise and into the inner hearth of your soul. Here we listen for the seed of a new vision emerging from the dark through connection with the spiritual knowing that rises from our body and the ancestral field.

CEREMONY FLOW:

• Settle into presence and embodiment with a grounding somatic meditation
• Cleanse and clear the energy we’re releasing from the year
• Journey with Grandmother Owl, keeper of winter wisdom and night vision
• Receive guidance for the year ahead
• Create a simple Earth offering to anchor your intentions and deepen your connection with Mother Earth's nourishment
