WOA! is proud to announce its first event, WOA! Talks on Success, Failure and the Drive to Keep Creating in the Built Environment. Sensitivities surrounding the term “failure” in the workplace create an aversion to discussing the subject. WOA! invites you to share in the conversation to breakdown the taboos of the topic. Through failure, the relentless path to success drives us to achieve.

Hosted at: TRUEdotDESIGN Studios; 100-145 Spruce St, Ottawa, ON

When: Tuesday June 12, 2018; doors open @ 5:30 p.m.

Who: anyone in the greater field of architecture

Cost: Free!

The event will focus on sole practitioners and partners in some of Ottawa’s leading architecture and engineering firms. You will have the opportunity to hear directly from women in the Capital Region who have established careers in shaping our built environment

*Drinks and light refreshments will be served; and parking nearby too.
