This workshop is designed to help one another become the best version of ourselves by sharing our own stories, struggles and how to use healthy lifestyle habits to overcome some of these struggles.

In this 2-hour workshop facilitated by Ximena Cardenas, Holistic Nutritionist & Healthy eating coach, Laura De Sanctis, Holistic Nutritionist, Wellness Ambassador & Speaker, Rachel Molenda, Emotional & Disordered Eating Coach, Stella Spegiel, Holistic Nutritionist & Pilates Instructor, Rachel Fackoury, Founder of Discover you and Group fitness instructor, you will be inspired by other women who have struggled just like yourself to find themselves in a world that is constantly setting high standards. We will talk about emotional eating and destructive behaviour around food, the “diet” mentality and how to get out of it so that you can finally be free and make healthy choices on your own without being “on a diet”. Lastly, we will address our negative self perceptions, so we can finally live a happy, healthy life.
