The goal of this new OGCA event is to celebrate Women in Construction (WIC) and recognize the yet untapped potential of women in the construction sector. Women make up roughly 50% of the population in Ontario, and yet to date, we have only attracted a small percentage of women into construction as a career destination.

The future is bright for women wanting to enter this dynamic field, and we want to provide our members with a platform to showcase their successful strategies and collaborations that have led to an uptake of women in construction.

This years event is being held at Universal EventSpace located on the North-West corner of Hwy 27 & 7, in Studio 1. For all guests attending, complementry parking is provided located on venue grounds.
