The goal of this new OGCA event is to celebrate Women in Construction (WIC) and recognize the yet untapped potential of women in the construction sector. The future is bright for women wanting to enter this dynamic field, and we want to provide our members with a platform to showcase their successful strategies and collaborations that have led to an uptake of women in construction.
