About this Event

Skills for Change's Newcomer Entrepreneurship Hub invites you to our Women in Leadership/Management event.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Women are great leaders. Women shape the world’s economy with their wisdom and strong sense of social responsibility. However, the uneven playing field and social biases push women out; the masculine rules shaping ‘business as usual’ work against women and their leadership. Gender diversity is a pressing issue across the world. It’s not about hiring more women but increasing women’s representation at all levels of the organization including management and leadership. We need a new eco-system where everyone can thrive, both women and men.

SPEAKER: Sarah Shu, Founder and CEO, Wrise Consulting
