Description

Women in tech peer-to-peer: Lifelong learning and impactful leadership

On March 29, join the DMZ's third women in tech peer-to-peer, a monthly series organized in partnership with TD Bank and the Canadian Digital Media Network (CDMN), to network with other incredible women across the Toronto and Waterloo tech sector.

The session will feature Mary-Ellen Anderson, vice-president of developer experience and evangelism (DX) at Microsoft Canada. In a world where it’s increasingly hard to keep up with the latest cool tech, Mary-Ellen will share how Microsoft is leveraging a growth mindset, lifelong learning and leadership to empower their teams, foster collaboration and drive innovation.

Join Mary-Ellen to hear behind-the-scenes stories about huge wins and epic failures in Microsoft’s journey to adopt and remain in a growth zone as they work to deepen their understanding of growth-mindset concepts and put them into practice.

Refreshments will be served.
