What is WITS Bootcamp?

Founded in 2018, the Women in Tech Sales (WITS) Bootcamp is an industry-vetted, intensive learning program for women who are looking to pursue a career in tech sales or pivot into tech sales. Students learn the B2B SaaS sales playbook and the art and science of tech sales. Once they graduate they're sales-ready to jump into a career in tech sales.

We will be hosting 6 Bootcamps in Canada and 1 Bootcamp in the US in 2022.

The remaining 2022 Canadian Bootcamp dates are as follows:

• June 6th-10th
• September 19th-23rd
• October 24th-28th

US Bootcamp dates are as follows:

• November 8th-12th

What will the Bootcampers learn?

• How to build a value proposition
• Customer discovery
• Preparing and executing sales calls
• Presentation skills - including how to sell virtually
• Lead generation and management
• Handling objections
• How to negotiate & close deals

Who are the Bootcampers?

Each cohort consists of up to 25 women from a range of professional, educational and personal backgrounds. Participants are vetted and carefully selected into the program based on the following:

• Drive to pursue or advance a career in sales
• Past sales or sales-related experience
• Good communication skills
• Aptitude for technology and adapting to new situations

• Morning kick-off/welcome address - 15 minutes
• 1 X 30 minute session or panel discussion- customized for you to maximize engagement
• 1:1 Speed Interviews with Bootcamp grads (up to 25 total) on the final day of the cohort form 9-12pm (Career Day & Fireside Chat)
• Meet all the Bootcampers through exclusive Biography Book and video introductions the week before Bootcamp
• Copy of resumes for all Bootcampers
• Unlimited hiring of all Bootcamp graduates
• Ongoing social media promotion pre and post-Bootcamp

We will work with employers to customize each session to showcase your company leaders, mission, culture and values. We will reach out with more information provided once a ticket has been secured.
