About this event

Our hiring partners consistently tell us that our bootcamp graduates stand out on their sales teams and in many cases outperform even those sales reps with more experience. If you and/or your company would like to sponsor your participation and up your sales game then this is the program for you!

The Women in Tech Sales (WITS) Bootcamp is a (virtual) 5-day intensive training course that will teach you:

  • How to develop an effective value proposition
  • Lead generation and management
  • Prospecting and executing sales calls
  • Handling objections and closing deals
  • Selling virtually

The Bootcamp will happen virtually in collaboration with our employer partners. Over the course of the week, you will participate in facilitator-led training, online workshops (including resume building), role plays, networking sessions, and more!

Many of our coaches have led global sales teams in B2B SaaS and have been hand selected to participate.

The WITS Bootcamp is a career game changer.

The Sponsored General Admission (No Speed Interviews) ticket is for women, or those that identify as female, that are currently employed and looking for more in-depth training on B2B SaaS sales. You and your employer will get all the benefits of the WITS Bootcamp training and curriculum with the exception of meeting the participating hiring partners.

We have up to 25 spaces available for our February cohort. The criteria and selection process is as follows:

Key criteria:

  • You must identify as female
  • You must be currently unemployed
  • You must be driven to pursue a career in sales
  • You must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • You are available from 4-6:00 PM EST on Feb. 10th, 2022 for the virtual Pre Bootcamp Mixer , 9-3:00 PM EST everyday from Feb. 14-17th and 12-1:00 PM EST on Feb. 18th. (Note: You must attend each day to receive your WITS graduate certification)
