About this Event

Four amazing and diverse women share with you their story of how they became leaders, entrepreneurs and trailblazers in their fields. Whether you are interested in entrepreneurship, women's empowerment, or leadership, this conference will discuss the opportunities and challenges of being a female of colour navigating the workplace.

Your speakers:

⫸ Dorothy Rhau: Executive Director du Salon International de la Femme Noire. Gathering the brightest female leaders and innovators of colour and celebrating Black women and their influence over time and generations.

⫸ Darine BenAmara: Founder of The Smart Woman and leading global expert in gender and organizations.

⫸ Cathy Wong: First female Speaker at Montreal's city council.

⫸ Mabel Gonzalez: Senior Advisor, International Relations for the Business Development Bank of Canada. An active advocate of women rights and racial equality, she co-founded Nuestro Flujo.

🌎 The conference and Q&A will be followed by a networking hour with supporting organizations, entrepreneurs and the speakers.
