Event description

Description

As a valued client and friend of Verity, you are invited to an exclusive complimentary breakfast and interactive discussion led by Karen Calder, Associate Senior Consultant at Verity International Limited and a former executive leader. Passionate about innovation, change and accelerating the talent of women, Karen is invested in leveraging her diverse experiences as a female executive leader to “pay it forward” and empower other women to rise.

Certified in Neuro-linguistics Programming, and accredited in coaching in the field of High Performance and Neuroscience, Karen works with women at all stages in their leadership career to delve into deep personal reflection in terms of “where have I come from”, “where can I go”, and “what’s holding me back”.

During this seated breakfast, you will be inspired hearing the many stories of accomplished female leaders facing similar challenges, and the tools and techniques Karen has used to help them build a mindset of growth and choice. Karen will weave these experiences together with the challenges and trends in advancing women in the Canadian workplace, why leadership initiatives to advance women are failing and how you can accelerate the advancement of women in your organization.

Empowered women empower women. Join us on January 18th in the opportunity to learn, exchange ideas and walk away energized and inspired.
