Women Who Inspire - International Women's Day
Mon, 8 May 2017, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM EDT
Women and Politics presents Eaman Fahmy at its "Women Who Inspire" series on May 8, 2017.
This month we continue to weave together the stories of inspiring women leaders like Eaman Fahmy who is the London Coordinator of Canadian for Justice and Peace in the Middle East (CJPME), and a long-standing activist and organizer within the Muslim community. Eaman is a lover of politics, believes in community engagement, and has a passion for positive social change. You do not want to miss hearing Eaman.
We will also be updating you about our #AskHer strategy and will continue challenging each of you to ask the inspiring women in your life to run for election next year.
Please note that our event will be hosted again by Wich is Wich, 125 King Street. Street parking is free after 6:00pm and there are several bus routes.
