Saveria Tilden - AdventurUs Womxn

Saveria has spent more than a decade in the outdoor industry managing and developing strategic partnerships and experiential marketing campaigns for brands and has been an educator in a variety of fields over the past 20 years. Her desire to focus on working only with companies and organizations committed to connecting people to the outdoors led Saveria to create her own company, The AdventurUs, where she works as a marketing strategy and strategic partnership consultant. For the last couple of years, Saveria was the Partner & Program Manager for a national outdoor retreat series for women and worked for REI Outdoor School as an Instructor, teaching a variety of classes including kayaking, SUP, biking, rock climbing, map and compass/navigation, hiking, backpacking and more.

It was in these roles that Saveria experienced first-hand the magic that happens when women come together to learn about and explore the outdoors. Convinced there are still not enough opportunities for womxn of all ages and backgrounds to learn and experience outdoor sports in beautiful environments, Saveria created AdventurUs Womxn. Confronting the reality that outdoor sports can be intimidating if not impossible to access on one’s own, AdventurUs Womxn strives to create safe learning environments that encourage friendship and skill building, while connecting with nature in iconic locales. We are a company and a community intent on supporting other womxn both in their outdoor journey and as professionals. To that end, whenever it is possible, we commit to promoting and partnering with companies that are owned and operated by womxn.

Meg Kee - Mountain Girls

After living in the mountains for over twelve years Meg Kee can definitely call herself a mountain person. And ultimately, a mountain lover. Thirty four turns around the sun and life is full of good things (and let's be real - a few not so good things) happening. The seasons within the mountains have created a space for Meg to feel safe and make a life for her and my son, doing the things she loves to do.

In 2013, the year Meg’s son Keegan was born, Meg created a social media collective called @mountaingirls in an attempt to get more women into outdoor sports. Through Mountain Girls, Meg has had the opportunity to host a number of gatherings, introducing groups of women to sports like mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing and snowboarding.
