Event Details

Join Jaclyn Delacroix and other top female coaches who will take your riding to a whole new level! Plus we have a fleet of demo bikes* available to use!

You can also join us for yoga with instructor Jennifer Naples for Hatha-based yoga to wake the body and mind! Morning and afternoon classes will be available and location will be in an outdoor setting, weather permitting.

Cost:

Mountain Bike Skills Camp
$99 for 1-day of coaching**

Yoga
$20 session
$57 includng lift pass if you want to hit the trails afterwards!

* Demo bikes are limited and will be first come first served through a reservation system for skills camp attendees only. Rentals are also available onsite.
** Lift pass not included.

About Jaclyn

Jaclyn Delacroix is an International Certified Personal Trainer, a Professional Mountain Bike Coach, and her own personal success story! At the start of 2007 – over a 12-month period – she lost half her body weight, changed her career, and moved half way around the world. She went from the girl who could barely run a single block to the girl who has run half marathons, hiked to remote locations, and competed in some pretty gruelling mountain bike races.

Jaclyn Delacroix 

Today, Jaclyn is the owner of Ozmosis Training and is actively involved in promoting women within the mountain biking community. She holds clinics for all level of riders, teaches bike maintenance, and has been energetically involved in trail building and maintenance within the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.

About Jennifer

Jennifer uses yoga as a tool to keep her body flexible, her mind focused and not get too serious about life. Mountain biking and snowboarding are her sports and she uses yoga as a tool to keep herself sharp both mentally and physically for both.

After 20yrs of yoga practise and 11yrs of teaching, Jennifer has found an approach to yoga that encompasses fun and purpose. If an experience does not create joy, why are you doing it? If you cannot see the purpose in what you're doing, again, why are you doing it?

Grab a mat, open yourself up to possibility and prep your body and mind to ride!
