We can't wait to kick off Women's Strength Intensive 2017. And we're not the only ones. We've had so much interest that the program is already half-full – even before making an official announcement.
Our next Women's Strength Intensive will kick off on Tuesday, January 24th. It will run until March 3rd on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings, from 7-8 pm. Coach Kristy Zimmerman will be running the intensive.
At Bang Fitness (610 Queen St. W, 2nd floor), Toronto. ON
Each class will focus on one of the following:
$380 for six weeks of training and learning in a safe, supportive, encouraging environment with a fantastic community.
About the program
There will be highly-technical work and there will be hard, sweaty work. We'll use both of these approaches to get the most out of you. All levels are welcome!
A few words from a previous participant
A week ago I finished a women's strength intensive program at Bang Fitness with Kristy as the coach. It was an amazing 6 week program that really taught me a lot about form and strength. I was lucky to have such an amazing instructor and to participate with other incredible and strong women. One of my goals for this year was to become 'stronger' and with the end of the year coming, I felt I hadn't made many strides towards that. After completing this program, I feel so satisfied with the entire process and learning to work more with barbells, kettlebells and strong woman.
