Join Olatunji Sobodu, Ph.D., our leadership and workplace success expert at this FREE session and get counsel for your workplace challenges.

About this event

This program comes on the heels of feedback from our Office Politics classes of 2021. About 3,000 professionals across different sectors registered for the eye-opening training on how to rise above the politics of the workplace.

It became clear to us that many more people would benefit from having access to timely counsel for workplace success.

Accordingly, these monthly sessions are focused on achieving the following key objectives:

  • Give continuous counsel to employees to enable progress in the workplace
  • Update knowledge and workplace skills through provision of contemporary tips
  • Receive professional counsel on current challenges in the workplace
  • Strengthen the ability to withstand and thrive in workplace politics
  • Promote sharing of ideas with other professionals on career opportunities
  • Develop the strength of character required to get to the top in their careers
  • Create a platform for employees to network across organizations, professions, and sectors.

Where there is no counsel, the people fall; But in the multitude of counselors there is safety. - Proverbs 11:14 NKJV

Let me add finally, that:

For by wise counsel you will wage your own war, And in a multitude of counselors there is safety. - Proverbs 24:6 NKJV
