Successful business depends on exceptional Customer Service. It is essential to understand that every employee is involved in customer service. It has been proven that customers would rather switch to another company than tolerate poor service. Research indicates, even if there is no conflict, over 60% of all customers quit dealing with a business because of indifference on the part of some employee. The ability to interact effectively with customers may be the critical difference between success or failure. Effective customer service begins with an accurate perception of one’s own work customer relations style.

In this session, participants will:

  1. Receive their own personalized Customer Service Report which quantifies information on how they see their own behaviour in the workplace.

  2. Learn how others perceive their behaviour. This knowledge will assist participants in formulating strategies in more effectively meeting customer needs.

  3. Be more qualified to identify various customer behavioural styles whether they are serving them in person or by phone.

  4. Lean how to adapt their customer relations behavioural style to improve the customer experience.

  5. Be more confident in their customer relationship skills.

When do I get my link to complete my personalized report questionnaire?

Once we receive notification of your registration, you will receive an email with instructions for completing the on-line questionnaire at the email address you registered with within 1-2 business days.

Who pays the Eventbrite commission fee?

We do! Like you, we don’t like to find an additional charge added to our credit card when making a purchase for a preset price. Not to worry, you won’t find any additional charges besides the mandatory HST tacked on. Our pricing is clear and as stated.

What's the refund policy?

Your registration fee is refundable less a $25 Admin Fee provided you have not yet used your personalized assessment link and that it is at least 7 business days prior to the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can if you wish but it is not necessary. We will have a record of your registration or can scan your registration from you mobile phone.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can log in anytime to make any changes to your information.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, provided you have not yet used the personalized assessment link that was sent to you after you registered. If you have used your assessment link but now cannot make the workshop, please contact us at sophie@prismgroup.ca so that we can make arrangements for the new attendee to receive an assessment link. This is only possible up to 7 business days prior to the event.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is plenty of parking and there is no charge for parking. If you plan on using public transit, please consult the Orillia Transit website at: https://www.orillia.ca/en/living-here/routemapschedules.aspx

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring your personalized report along with a pen and paper or other note-taking device.
