Description

Understanding your own communication style and being able to quickly read others' communication preferences is the first key to building rapport and trust with a prospective client or customer. Much like an interview, how you first engage with your prospects can either begin to establish rapport and build trust or turn the prospect off. It’s critically important to understand that:

“People buy from people they like and people like people like themselves!”

People who are successful in sales start with an accurate perception of their own communication style, an ability to quickly assess their prospective clients’ or customers’ style accurately and know how to adapt for improved buy-in.

In this introductory session, participants will:

  1. Receive a personalized Sales Behavioural Profile Report to help them understand their own style.

  2. Learn how others perceive their behaviour and why it might contribute or detract from establishing rapport and buy in.

  3. Be more confident in identifying their prospects’/customers’ behavioural styles..

  4. Lean what they should do to adapt their behavioural style for improved buy-in and rapport.

  5. Have the tools they need to be more aware and confident in their sales interactions.

** Bonus learning: Participants will come to understand why opposites don’t attract!

FAQs

When do I get my link to complete my personalized report questionnaire?

Once we receive notification of your registration, you will receive an email with instructions for completing the on-line questionnaire at the email address you registered with within 1-2 business days.

Who pays the Eventbrite commission fee?

We do! Like you, we don’t like to find an additional charge added to our credit card when making a purchase for a preset price. Not to worry, you won’t find any additional charges besides the mandatory HST tacked on. Our pricing is clear and as stated.

What's the refund policy?

Your registration fee is refundable less a $25 Admin Fee provided you have not yet used your personalized assessment link and that it is at least 7 business days prior to the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can if you wish but it is not necessary. We will have a record of your registration or can scan your registration from your mobile phone.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can log in anytime to make any changes to your information.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, provided you have not yet used the personalized assessment link that was sent to you after you registered. If you have used your assessment link but now cannot make the workshop, please contact us at sophie@prismgroup.ca so that we can make arrangements for the new attendee to receive an assessment link. This is only possible up to 7 business days prior to the event.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is plenty of parking and there is no charge for parking. If you plan on using public transit, please consult the Orillia Transit website at: https://www.orillia.ca/en/living-here/routemapschedules.aspx

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring your personalized report along with a pen and paper or other note-taking device.
