Servant leadership inverts the traditional leadership hierarchy, viewing the leader’s role as supporting and empowering their staff. In this interactive workshop participants will learn how servant leaders drive organizational success, increasing staff engagement and reducing staff turnover. They will learn the eight practices of servant leaders. They will complete an assessment that will identify their strengths, and where they can grow, as a servant leader. Finally, participants will leave the workshop with a practical, personalized action plan that will help them to continue to develop as servant leaders.
