If you are dealing with a toxic relationship and you do not want them to steal your joy, this workshop is for you.

Whether you are dealing with a partner, family member, friend, boss or co-worker, attending this workshop you will

  • Recognize unhealthy dynamics in relationships
  • Understand what healthy relationships look like
  • Learn 5 strategies to empower yourself
  • Know about unconscious obstacles that might prevent you from breaking free
