Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you are unable to attend, please pass your ticket to another member of your team as registration fees are non-refundable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. In fact, we'd prefer if you saved a tree and didn't print it! Your name will be on the registration list, but please keep your registration confirmation email on hand just in case.
What is the refund policy?
Registration fees are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to another person.
